Access and Inclusion Survey - 2022
Introduction
Inclusive SA 2019–2023, the State Disability Inclusion Plan, sets out priorities for the South Australian Government and the actions State authorities are delivering to reduce the barriers faced by people living with disability.
This survey seeks information from State authorities on progress for the reporting period 1 July 2021 to 30 June 2022.
Survey responses will be collated to inform the 2021–2022 Inclusive SA Annual Report, which will be provided to the Minister for Human Services.
Survey information
Survey respondents will only see questions relating to Inclusive SA actions relevant to their agency.
Inclusive SA actions that were identified as completed in the 2020–2021 Inclusive SA Annual Report are not included in this survey.
The survey allows you to input text and can be saved as you go, allowing you to log out and return to the survey at a later time.
Before finalising and submitting the survey, you will be able to print the survey responses for your Chief Executive’s approval.
The survey consists of two parts
Part A asks questions about progress against Inclusive SA actions within this reporting period.
Part B asks questions about your agency’s implementation of its Disability Access and Inclusion Plan (DAIP) within this reporting period.
Deadline for survey
To enable DHS to meet legislative timelines, please complete the survey by 31 August 2022.
